Buying & downloading
How does an instant download work?
You check out on Etsy like any other purchase. As soon as payment goes through, Etsy makes your files available under You → Purchases and reviews (and in the confirmation email from Etsy). Download the PDF there. Nothing is shipped.
Where's my Canva template link?
Editable products include a PDF (usually called BUYER_DELIVERY) in your Etsy download. Open it and tap the template link. Canva will make your own copy to edit.
Can I download on my phone?
Yes, but it's easiest on a computer. On the Etsy app, downloads aren't always available, so open etsy.com in your phone's browser if you can't find the file.
Do you take orders on this website?
No. This site is our catalog. Every product button takes you to the listing on Etsy, where you buy and download securely. Visit the Etsy shop.
Editing in Canva
Do I need a paid Canva account?
No. Our templates work with a free Canva account. A few optional extras (like resizing a design to a new size) need Canva Pro, and the listing says so when that applies.
Do coloring books need Canva?
No. Coloring books are ready-to-print PDFs. Just download, print and color.
What can I change?
Names, dates, times, addresses and most wording. The painted artwork is locked in place so it doesn't move while you type. Fonts are already set up in the template.
I'm not techy. Is it hard?
If you can edit a text message, you can do this. Click a text box in Canva, type your details, then use Share → Download → PDF Print. Each product includes simple step-by-step instructions.
Can I send an invitation by text instead of printing?
Yes. In Canva, download your invitation as a PNG or JPG and text or email it. Animated invitations download as a video (MP4).
Printing
How do I print at home?
Open the PDF and print at 100% / Actual size (not "Fit to page") on US Letter paper unless the listing says otherwise. Many of our products also include A4 or 5x7 sizes.
What paper should I use?
Plain copy paper works for coloring pages and checklists. For invitations, signs, tags and cards, use white cardstock (65–110 lb) for a sturdier finish. Thicker paper is better for markers.
Can I use a print shop?
Yes. Download a PDF Print file from Canva and send it to a local print shop or office store for your own personal use.
License & usage
What am I allowed to do with my printables?
Our printables are for personal use: print as many copies as you need for your own family, your own home and your own events.
Can I print coloring pages for party guests?
Yes. Parents may print our coloring pages for their own party guests, for example as a party activity or a favor at your child's birthday or holiday party.
Can teachers use these in class?
Teachers may print our classroom products for their own classroom. Each listing states its exact license, so check the listing for the product you're using.
Can I resell or share the files?
No. Please don't resell, share, upload or redistribute the files or the Canva template links, and don't sell printed copies. If a friend loves it, send them the Etsy link!
Other questions
Can I get a refund?
Because these are digital downloads, they generally can't be returned. If a file won't open or something isn't right, message us on Etsy and we'll help sort it out.
